We know that time is money and we can help you save both. Whether you have problemswith resources internally or you wish to reduce your bottom line costs we can help you.

Low Cost Transcription is now available at a fraction of the cost of undertaking the work in‐house, you can save thousands right now and you can try our service for FREE!

With E‐DICTation you can now send your dictation sound files to our transcription team for rapid typing with a better than 99% accuracy.

When you return to work tomorrow your dictations have all been transcribed and will be sitting in your inbox for proof reading, saving you thousands on staff time and allowing you to turn support staff into fee earners.

We provide you with a flexible solution catering just to your needs, whether you want your own dedicated staff available to do only your work or prefer a pay‐as‐you‐go service.

If you haven’t already started using digital dictation we can equip you with everything youneed to get started from software, hardware and training all at low prices.

 

We offer all of our new clients a no quibble trial where we will provide the first 300 minutes of dictation time, absolutely free.

 

All you have to do is sign up and start sending us your work right away.

Once you’ve been signed up and got your trial started all you have to do is get your audio file into any common format and just email it to us. To see a full list of compatible formats, just click here.

We will then acknowledge receipt of the file then you just sit back and wait for the transcribed file to be returned.

We keep your data safe and secure and we delete all audio and transcription files 28 days after the work is completed, unless you would like us to store your archived work for you. If you would like us to retain your data for reference we will do so for up to 1 year for no cost.

 

Monthly Seats

The monthly seat option is an excellent way for you to save money and turn your secretarial staff into fee earners and save money at the same time.

 

With a skilled legal secretary working in your office costing between £16,000 and £28,000 (€20,000 to €35,000) a year, can you afford them to be tied up on simple work? That equates to around £10 per hour before overheads and up to almost £17 per hour including overheads. Why not save yourself a bundle and fill a seat on our flexible month by month arrangement. Pay as you go

If you feel like you can't fill a full seat for a month why not choose our Pay as you go option. This means you are only paying for the time that you need for your files to be transcribed. Our skilled experienced staff start from as little as £5 (€6) per hour. You can always switch later and save even more money if you think you can fill a seat for a month.
